We've been building houses for 21 years but never built the same house twice, every house is customized to the client's needs.
What size homes do you build?
Majority of our houses are between 3,000-15,000 sq feet.
What is your price per square foot?
$300-$400 per square foot
What is a curated custom home?
Everything that goes into the house is selected by the customer on their own so no combination of materials is ever the same.
What is value engineering?
We suggest price reduction areas to match the customer's price range as well as their core design expectations.
In what areas do you build?
We normally build in the Lake Norman, NC area and north side of Charlotte.
Do I need to hire an architect or plan designer first?
Typically, we provide designers and architects to help assist the customer for this part.
Do we need to hire an interior designer?
Yes, we work closely with interior designers we recommend.
Do you have an in-house design center?
No, but we provide valuable recommendations.
Do you have a standard features list?
The customer expresses their needs and design wants to come up with a specialized list.
Should I get multiple proposals from different builders?
We shepherd through the entire process from lot picking to key delivery to a brand new homes.
How long does it take to build a home?
On average 10-14 months, depending on size and complexity.
Who will be my main point of contact during construction?
During the consultation, the customer deals with the owner and from that point on, with a specialized project manager.
