Artisan Custom Homes has spent years perfecting the design and building process for our clients and we believe in making the process as enjoyable as possible.

STEP ONE: CONSULTATION

The owner, John Shryock, meets with prospective clients to hear their home vision. John has
been in the industry for decades, offering valuable knowledge and guidance at the beginning of
the process.

STEP TWO: HOME DESIGNER

Don't know where to start? Artisan Custom Homes has recommended home designers who will
create the perfect floorplan for all of your needs.

STEP THREE: INTERIOR DESIGN

Artisan Custom Homes has an in-house designer who will guide you through each selection of new construction. Our office has a fully equipped design studio to offer our clients an exceptional experience.

STEP FOUR: COLLABORATION

After preliminary designs & plans are drawn, collaboration happens between the homeowner, Artisan Custom Homes, the home designer & Artisan's in house designer. In this phase, a project budget is agreed upon & specs are drafted.

STEP FIVE: BUILD

After floorplans are engineered & interior design selections are finalized, it is time for Artisan to build your dream house. You will be paired with a team of building professionals who will work together to bring your plans and designs to life.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

At Artisan Custom Homes, we believe in teamwork. From the very beginning, you will have access to a knowledgeable team who will guide you in completing your home. This team includes your primary contact, the project manager; along with our design
coordinator, construction manager, and administration team. Our project managers have years of experience in the field. Each PM only handles a few builds at a time, allowing our clients to have constant, one-on-one attention.

BUILDERTREND

Artisan Custom Homes uses the building software, Buildertrend, which is a simple online system that lets you track the progress of your project, or easily communicate with our team 24/7. Buildertrend allows you to keep track of the running costs on your project and easily view any change orders. You can view the project calendar to stay up to date on timelines as well as see daily logs posted
by the project manager.

WARRANTY

At Artisan Custom Homes, we base our warranty on the National Association of Home Builders' Residential
Construction Performance Guidelines.
Residential Construction Performance Guidelines is the industry's most widely accepted reference on how homes should perform. This reference was created specifically for builders and remodelers to help successfully manage customer
expectations while developing high-performance homes. The performance guidelines in this manual were initially created and reviewed by more than 300 builders and remodelers, under the leadership of the NAHB Remodelers Council and the NAHB Single Family Small Volume Committee. In addition, a number of specialty trade organizations participated in the review process.
