Artisan Custom Homes offers in house design with every project. Not only does our designer help guide clients through the selections of new construction and renovations; they are hands on with every step of the process from signing the contract to closing on the house. By having design in house, it allows our clients a stress free, easy process to selecting finishes. Our designer will work with our clients to make sure selections are made in a timely matter. Artisan Custom Homes has a new design studio in house outfitted with selection options from roofing & gutters, to tile and cabinetry.

SELECTIONS

Artisan Custom Homes has spent years perfecting the selections process for their clients. We believe in making the process as easy as possible, without limiting design possibilities. In a simple, easy to follow order, our clients are able to select every finish of the house, from exterior colors & lighting to the interior mirrors & bath hardware. Our in-house designer guides our clients through every step of the process, making sure no detail is overlooked. Below is an example of the detail our clients receive with every selection.

Buildertrend

BUILDERTREND

Artisan Custom Homes uses the building software, Buildertrend. After selections are made, the design coordinator uploads the selections for approval. Once approved, the coordinator and project manager are able to get pricing on the design. This is then
uploaded for a 2nd approval by the homeowner. This process allows Artisan and the client to see design decisions, as well as pricing approval.
