At Artisan Custom Homes, we base our warranty on the National Association of Home Builders' Residential Construction Performance Guidelines.

Residential Construction Performance Guidelines is the industry's most widely accepted reference on how homes should perform. This reference was created specifically for builders and remodelers to help successfully manage customer expectations while developing high-performance homes.

The performance guidelines in this manual were initially created and reviewed by more than 300 builders and remodelers, under the leadership of the NAHB Remodelers Council and the NAHB Single Family Small Volume Committee. In addition, a number of specialty trade organizations participated in the review process.
