If you are seeking a top-notch builder, I highly recommend Artisan Custom Homes in Davidson. John runs an excellent company. Each one of his employees are awesome and the superintendent Jeff O'Neal has hit a grand slam with our home. Artisan went above and beyond helping us get supplies and specialty contractors and keeping the project moving along. My wife was very specific with what she wanted in our forever home and they were there each step and even made several excellent recommendations along the way. We had a wonderful experience building with them and that says a lot considering this was right after the pandemic and literally the worst time to build in a persons lifetime. Jeff was super accommodating meeting us many times after hours since we lived 2 hours away during the build. At times we were stressed and worried but they got us through it. We would build with them again without hesitation and we love our home.

I personally did not have Artisan build a home for us, but we bought an Artisan built (2005) home in 2017. To this day we love the home that was built and get many compliments about it today. The reason I am leaving a 5 Star Review is for the willingness of John Shirock and the Artisan team to be a resource to me when I have a question or a need of a recommended contractor to address something at our house. I wasn't their customer, but they have always been willing to help answer questions about a house they built 18 years ago now. That is SERVICE and someone I would want to do business with if I were building a home.
